      Pros

      Good mission focus and desire to do innovative research and engineering. Really good people, those who are not don't last long. Some benefits are really good, and they support working remotely. Invests in new ideas every year. Good advancement opportunities if you are young.

      Cons

      Their health care plan is awful and getting worse every year. Get used to paying tolls to go to work and staring at a parking lot, concrete wall, or another building from every window. Their new location leaves a lot to be desired. Little to no advancement opportunities if you are older.
