Pros
Great place to work in regards to salary, benefits, and employee support Human Resources processes are very streamlined Work/life is respected and encouraged (while on contract)
Cons
Like most government contracting companies, if you fall out with the leads of the government, you're gone as a standard business practice. If the fallout is due to personal issues, they neither help nor follow up. They divest completely unless backdoor channels are used.
