The people are great, almost everyone who works at dedicated to the mission. People are friendly and willing to help out.
Cons
Like every Gov-con job, a lot of your experience is determined by your government client. Noblis is pretty good at setting expectations but ultimately you have to make the client happy even if it means working long hours.
