Pros

None - Almost every employee think in leave the company. For many years there have been pros that could be listed here, but since 2007, when Nokia decided to join Siemens and then buy Alcatel Lucent, we live almost daily with the shadow of job cuts and cost savings

Cons

Management does not care about its employees. This system has spread for so long that the company has become a very bad place to work, where you do not know if today is the day of your resignation. Now Nokia appears with one of the leaders in 5G, but to this end, its employees are suffering great stress with cuts and the loss of quality of services, with the transfer of activities to India and Portugal, where wages are incredibly lower .

Pros

The core technologists and Bell Labs are great to work with. As a Finland based company, their benefits packages are better than benefits from typical American companies.

Cons

The brain drain in Operations and OSS is shocking and only getting worse. Salespeople are lying to customers to make sales happen, only to further embarrass everyone involved with incompetent delivery. The push for Data Center and the $1Billion Nvidia investment for AI-in-Everything makes Nokia the latest "Tech Bro", AI-First disaster.
