Pros
The people are great and it's a very flexible place to work. Employees become great friends. Endless learning and training programs available to all employees. A corporate benefits package that is unmatched by other companies in the same industry.
Cons
Long work hours, especially leading up to product launches. Internal department transfers can be long and difficult Annual raises barely meet inflation/cost of living increases. Career advancement is not supported well. Because of it's very flat oranization structure, mid-level managers stay in their current positions for a long time. Nokia is not a place for "corporate ladder climbers".
