Pros
Noble and viable mission, I feel great knowing that I am working to help solve very important problems. At the same time, it doesn't feel like an unattainable dream to accomplish what the company has set out to do. Legendary management team, I have full confidence in management's ability to navigate this very tricky industry in these very challenging times. Interesting and challenging work, I am never bored, I enjoy each day.
Cons
I can't think of any for me. That said, this isn't a typical office job where you can just coast along and not be engaged. So that probably involves a degree of overtime and stress. I think it's worth it.
