Pros

Great team who are striving to fix the way Health Insurance is done in the United States. I believe in the main goal of Nomi's, fixing health care in the US, and there is a very strong and brilliant team trying to accomplish that feat. Benefits are fantastic: No PTO tracking 401k matching Full Funded HSA

Cons

Long work hours No PTO Tracking so you don't think of taking as much time as you should Multiple rounds of layoffs currently

Pros

Great insurance benefits and a mission that's easy to believe in.

Cons

The biggest issue is understaffing. The workload exceeds the team's capacity, leading to frequent late hours and burnout. Investing in more employees would make this a much better place to work. Long hours and after-hours work have become the norm. I want this to be a great place to work again, and the team needs the support to make that happen.
