Pros
Incredibly supportive of work life balance for everyone except for the engineers. They do genuinely treat you as a human beings. They provide free lunch (but this gets old quick). Lots of cake. There are some people that work incredibly hard to help steer the ship, but aren't given the recognition for their truly incredible efforts. They pay well.
Cons
They ask employees to write positive reviews for recruiting purposes. There's such a lack of direction and so many pivot changes as far as the goals of the company. It makes the work you do feel meaningless when the priorities of the company change on a dime. They switch up the project teams every few weeks so you don't really have time to develop an effective relationship with team members. Somehow the work of the teams seems to always fall on the shoulders of one individual in the group. Conflicting opinions between project managers often go unresolved. The heads of the company are deaf to the voices of the senior management. The company has at times been wildly inappropriate. There's definitely some strange cultural and way beyond unprofessional speaking to both men and women. This isn't just some office non-PC kidding around, it's some next level stuff. The lunch thing is nice at first, but it definitely gets old.
