Pros
There are of course the obvious pros, working from home, choose which 8 hour schedule between 7am-7pm you want to work. Here is the thing overall noom is a great company with a great mission and ideas, I love my coworkers and my boss and really the people are great.
Cons
*HOWEVER*: The company is overflowing with positivity which is nice and can often create a gray area when it comes to being transparent (nooms said greatest characteristic). I have experienced this inability to feel comfortable being transparent and honest about how I am feeling with current *case loads, which are certainly TOO HIGH* having 400-450 active clients is exhausting and even when I do communicate that I am feeling overwhelmed, nothing will be changing about the high case loads-this is the normal. Staying as focused as possible to actually help each client is DRAINING with so many people to message. I know many coaches who are SILENTLY working UNPAID over time and that sucks-I am one of them. Then we get reviewed on our quality of messages- which is Awesome-and a little frustrating when we are expected to coach our BEST with 450 active users???? Not realistic, not sustainable and exhausting.
