Pros
-Flexible schedule -Work from home -Amazing co-workers -Great lower level management
Cons
-Pay is insultingly low (the the walmart nearby has a similar starting pay - coaches at Noom have advanced degrees + speciality training) -Coaches are consistently ignored when issues are brought about and told to "love their job" despite pay and "pay isn't everything" (even though pay directly impacts quality of life and ability to be present when coaching, coaches just want a living wage) -Trust and Transparency are company wide principles but upper management does not abide by these principles whatsoever -Promise higher pay but refuse to release what new pay will be until after peak season (presumably because they know it's not high enough and many will quit after seeing what it is) ... keep kicking the can down the road after months of frustration and struggle.
