Pros

pay I almost couldn't post this because they require at least 5 words lol

Cons

ironically the money is the cheese in the trap. just a terrible place to work. They feed into your pride to keep you every complaint or concern is followed by "You know what I had to go through as a trainee". No real concern of issues or fixing them. Just a "one up" competition. A group of individual who sacrificed their lives, families, and friends for a little extra money, stories of anguish, and abuse. You will spend the majority of your time being an uber driver for crews or a contractor fixing toilets, ceilings, and other random items. You work at minimum 60 hours a week. I cant work stress the word minimum enough. Management laughs about the concept of work life balance. they have this EEO program but it only holds true in Atlanta if your a minority anywhere else be prepared to progress and initiate your training on your own. You will not be helped by anyone. The Company is made up of a revolving door of people age 21 - 29 and a vast majority of stubborn, depressed, unprofessional, and Devious 45-65 year old Harley Davidson owners . You may run into a few good people but they wont be able to help you but so much. in short every con in the world except money. So what does that mean to you? P.s. in order to be promoted you have to tell on everyone.

Pros

Depending on the team you are in, it can be very flexible, and you’ll be working with nice people.

Cons

HR needs to step in more, they are supposed to set a precedent yet it seems like the higher ups in different departments actually set the expectations. Which can be toxic, and some managers clearly don’t know how to manage teams. HR seems to be a nice and fun department, but the rest of the company has lackluster reviews. Also, stop advertising a total rewards package to new hires when you need to work over fiver years to get some benefits and due to the merger they won’t actually get that package. Just raise your base salaries.
