The working environment with other techs is amazing, can't beat it.
Cons
Management is racist, everyone in the shop will tell you that The system is designed to make you not make money! Hours you may make this current pay period may not be paid out until 2 3 or maybe, even more, pay periods later! Because management believes they cant pay the techs until the full ticket is complete. I'm sorry, but I did my job I completed my portion, there is NO reason I should not get paid! Management also likes to blame others for their own mistakes Like to set goals and give you hopes about a better change, promising better money better work, better environment for everyone, and when you put in your part to strive for that better work environment you get a pat on the back and get told to get back to work. New techs, use this as a stepping stone and a place to gain experience, as long as we keep this current management, dont stay!
