Pros
Nortal has some of the best people I've had the honor to work with in my 10+ years in the business, and they are it's best asset. You can learn a lot from various projects which are usually very large and last for 2+ years. HR is very competent and is always willing to land a helping hand for your professional and personal problems.
Cons
You should understand that Nortal is a vendor company, it has no own projects to speak of, so often job future is somewhat uncertain because of client's whims. If you are ok with that, you will find Nortal to be respectable place to work.
