      Pros

      Culture was good and close until changes occurred. People cared about each other until company got too large / spread out.

      Cons

      Everything was too secretive. Salaries were not proportionate and senior management had very high salaries and bonuses. No wonder why they didn't want to people to know how much they made compared to the average worker.
