Pros
Good and interesting products with good potential for growth. Interesting opportunities for Innovation/R&D. Works with big name clientele on interesting variety of products and applications; small and large scale. Good benefits and 401k options.
Cons
Two buy-outs in two years, four lay-offs in three leading to a lot of transitioning and miscommunication. Not a very strong identity (in terms of mission or vision compass) or culture. Lacked in communication. Leadership structure not very clear, direction was uncertain. Not very effective use of human capital. Uncertain expectations leading to poor work/life balance.
