everyday something new fast paced manufacturing of Custom air movement systems
Cons
Poor retention of employees - very little recognition - expects overtime almost daily in excess of a normal 8 hour day. Managers only stay for a few years. I stayed probably a few years to long and saw some odd decisions made.
