Managers need to be trained in interpersonal skills. They don't know how to motivate and encourage employees to work better. Nor do they recognize or reward employees for their skills or achievements. Pay for some positions is well below industry norms. Health Insurance is terrible. High deductibles and bi-weekly premiums.
