Pros
Many expanding opportunities to advance. Able to participate in a larger transformation process across 14+/- organizations. Pay is scalable.
Cons
Since the HR Organization is global there are times when top players are not recognized and the focus is only on a select few thus leaving top players at risk for loss. There is a strong communication gap needing resolve. Finances lead the organizations when in such a large transformation people operations should be at the forefront.
