Pros
My direct manager is great and very flexible. My direct team is great. Permanent remote work is fantastic, there is also an option to work hybrid or fully in the office if you want. Normal hours, don't need to work late too often.
Cons
Poor yearly raises, even worse merit based raise. Bonuses are pathetic. Health insurance is expensive and not very good. Advisertise profit sharing but that does not exist anymore. Upper management don't seem to listen to staff concerns about the above things.
