A great university until it became “woke” - Professor North Carolina State University Employee Review

University leaders and deans are obsessed with race. We receive multiple emails per day reminding everyone of “white privilege” (which is not a thing). Each time a news event occurs it is politicized by the Chancellor and Deans (George Floyd trial was inappropriately noted as a racial crime, despite no evidence of such, and leaders took the position of celebrating a guilty verdict for the officer involved). The university actually has a policy that prohibits employees from engaging in political activities while at work (it’s a fireable offense), yet the institution’s leaders literally do it everyday. Extremely left-winged leadership has ruined the university for the reasonable people that work there.
