Awful company that doesn’t care about it’s facility’s or employees - Anonymous employee North Country Associates Employee Review

Where to start? When hired( and I was hired in a directors position) I received no training, no one from head office had even reached out and said hi. The phones don’t work and people have to use their cell phones, the computers barely work and the IT people are from over sees so nothing really gets fixed. The work place is toxic but no one cares to fix it, hirer ups actually add to the toxic ness and central office has no clue what goes on in buildings. Run….
