Newport, Vermont is just few miles away from Quebec Canada, Jay Peak Ski area, and lots of hiking and biking trails. It is common for traveling nurses to come back to North Country Hospital because they love the area, highly skilled staff, warm welcoming environment, and strong cohesive teamwork here at North Country Hospital.

I truly can't think of any cons.

lack of communication with manager pay scale is not at market value expectations are not clear high turnover in staff Human Resources is not there for the employees, just for management. When you have a bad manager/supervisor manipulating and gaslighting staff they get away with bad behavoir.
