As you know from working on our Customer Support team that we have amazing leadership supporting our hardworking, dedicated Cares team members and Jonathan Pagel, our VP of Customer Operations wanted to weigh in on your review personally:

As we continue to grow, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our day-to-day operations and the experience for our merchants. The internal systems that our Care teams use day-to-day have been a steady and effective environment for us for many years. That said, I do agree that we can improve upon the layout. We can look at ways to consolidate systems to make it easier on our teams to navigate their way through issues when assisting a customer. Whether that be utilizing the existing systemic platforms that exist today, or creating new ones that help position us for a better experience, we are on the same page in that we can be better and more efficient.
