great co-workers for the most part; yearly anniversary raises for first 5 years plus cost-of-living raises (some years, depending on budget); 0.8 FTE and higher pay only $35/paycheck for health insurance for a family (free if only for self)
Cons
No more tuition reimbursement program. 403B match is low initially, like 1% for first year, 2% after that. It goes up with years of service. No more than 7% eventually.
