      - Above average pay for a security guard - Good benefits if you become a full-time employee - Upper management is far better after restructuring - The organization as a whole has a supportive culture

      - poor work-life balance - security department highly disorganized - constant fighting among supervisors - on-call employees will be called and expected to show up at 2am
