Great company and the people make it that much better. Lots of company gatherings to get everyone on the same page.

Sometimes you have to work long hours in the peak season. Limited growth opportunities.

- The company gives you plenty of Vacation, Sick, Volunteer Hours, and Floating Holidays to use throughout the year. - Sometimes the company will allow you off 2 hours earlier (paid) the day before or after a major holiday. - Everyone is friendly and it is not a hostile environment. - The company gives you plenty of opportunities to grow no matter what department you're in.
