growing pains...ie. loss of cohesiveness amongst all of the different campuses and offices outside the main hospital campus, organization needs to pick an approach or philosophy and stay with it longer than 2 years or so. senior management needs to be more present with employees. Directors need to be more aware of day to day operations and the work load on staff and supervisors
