      Pros

      Great place to gain experience. Wonderful coworkers. You can easily transfer within the company to other positions. First company that I have been with that will work with your availability schedule. If you are a student they will make a schedule around your available days instead of you trying to fit in class while working.

      Cons

      Compensation is low compared to other phlebotomist positions. There is night time differential of $1.50/hr
