Pros
I found this hospital system to be the most dishonest and corrupt one that I have ever worked for or even heard of. I would never consider working there or going there as a patient. They out right lied to me as working RN in their long term care facility and as a patient. A Physician there lied to me concerning my surgery and about my care which caused me my health. There was no Pros to being there.
Cons
A surgeon lied to me about placing a screw on top of my vein to my leg during a back surgery. He said that was standard practice. When I was hired to NGMS the Nursing Home Administratration lied to me about wanting to improve the Nursing care that was given there. Instead they chose to continue having LPNs and Rns write Drs orders without notifying the Drs.
