Needs more direct support from management - Microbiology Lab Analyst Northeast Laboratory Services Employee Review

No support or communication from management besides corrective action meetings and strictly work related conversation. Multiple failed attempts were made to be appreciated and valued as an employee. Very high standards and expectations, and no mistakes allowed to be made without consequence. The pay wasn’t proportional to the physical and mental effort required of the job. Annual pay raises were also very small (for everyone).
