Pros
I worked with the consulting side of the company. Great experience for those interested in water resources and site/civil, its small but growing fast and I enjoyed working with all of my coworkers. Best boss I've had so far, they really want you to learn and excel in your career. Lots of field work too so you're not stuck in the office all day.
Cons
Since the consulting side is rather new, they're not really incorporated into the main company's ecosystem. This leads to HR not really knowing how to help us and employee benefits/contracts being somewhat vague. Granted its a problem that is easily remedied. The only real problem I found is that projects are limited to in-house work at the moment and they have not had time to establish a foothold outside of these in-house projects. Or at least that is the impression I got as an intern for 3 months.
