positive work environment company values employee feedback and does make an effort to fix things pay was higher compared to other companies I looked at mentorship available, areas to grow as a clinician

Cons

long length of stay for pediatrics, would like to see more turn over would like to see more variety of patient populations fast paced sessions with the 40 minute treatment block

one-on-one patient care, true work-life balance, fun and supportive team environment, strong mentorship, continuing ed opportunities, support so you don't feel overwhelmed, flexibility with location and schedule, great documentation system with AI

Cons

you may have to work until 7pm a few times a week but you can often choose a schedule that works well for you, and they give you more than enough flexibility

- one on one time with patients is valued - really high staff retention, a lot of people that have been here for 20-30 years - lots of resources within the network to help if you are having trouble with something - good benefits: health insurance, PTO, opportunity for bonuses for outpatient therapists

no cons in my opinion!
