Pros

-Good pay, especially if you're young and enrolled in a University. -Flexible hours: if you want more hours, just ask for more. If you need a day off, just ask.

Cons

-Experience depends on where you work and who's your manager. I absolutely loved working with my coworkers and manager but after being forced to move due to management, my job became miserable. -Unorganized at times. -Expectations are too high for amount of pay. At the building I worked at, as problems came up, we were expected to take on a lot more work but for the same amount of pay.

the only good thing about this job was the schedules. they can work around your availability

Cons

Very Strict and backwards management. just horrible policies, and horrible management. they expect you to fully to be off the phone and every electronics. and i mean NEVER use your phone, or bring any additional electronics to work if not asked for. your site supervisors and management will teach you "blind spots" but will still fire you regardless. They will randomly fire you with no explanations at all and say contact HR, but HR never picks up the phone call, and they never call you back when you leave a voicemail. very very horrible company.
