      Pros

      Decent Pay, Most sites are union. Other than that not too much ! These are literally the only Pros to working for NES

      Cons

      Oh boy... Where to start... Well... - HR doesn't know how to do their jobs properly -Management won't help you if you have a problem with HR -They literally make you pay for your uniforms... 36$ from your checks for a month and some change. -The training is nothing but 6 hours of watching out dated DVDs that were switched over from VHS -They question your disabilities ( I'm a combat veteran) and ask question that they've got no right to ask. - They won't write up an employee for showing up late or not showing up at all. These are just things I've had to deal with in my short time working for these scumbags... Worst security company ever!

      Flexible hours. Could study while on the job which was a big deal to me at the time since I was a student.

      Cons

      No benefits for part-time staff.

      the only good thing about this job was the schedules. they can work around your availability

      Very Strict and backwards management. just horrible policies, and horrible management. they expect you to fully to be off the phone and every electronics. and i mean NEVER use your phone, or bring any additional electronics to work if not asked for. your site supervisors and management will teach you "blind spots" but will still fire you regardless. They will randomly fire you with no explanations at all and say contact HR, but HR never picks up the phone call, and they never call you back when you leave a voicemail. very very horrible company.
