      Good benefits and that's about it.

      Cons

      Terrible management, low pay, you will have to do more than one person's job, they make up new positions and hire people above you instead of promoting, constantly doing illegal things, and CEO is racist, sexist, and a downright fool.

      The team is fun, communicative, and willing to help whenever asked

      The processes are outdated. Some members have begun improving/streamlining, but there is a hesitation to change what has been done in the past.
