      Pros

      Culture is great, teamwork is great! I think leadership actually cares. Out of all the health systems in reno, I felt more than a “body” here. Critical care bonus pay. I get paid more here than at other hospital systems

      Cons

      Cerner is the worst. Hard to communicate between the floors or to doctors
