Pros
You get a paycheck and some benefits.
Cons
They pay very little compared to other banks. They were very strict with return to office and aren’t flexible for those with families or those who need it. They will promote whoever sucks up the most and not the person who works the hardest. Usually they will promote the workplace bully. And then when someone leaves the team or gets promoted they will put that person’s work load on you without a raise. Management micromanages and even managers you don’t report to will micromanage you. They talk a lot about in person collaboration but then your manager and team will be in a completely different state and all your meetings will be over Teams. This job is not friendly to moms, especially if you have young kids.
