Pros
NT benefits are great and NT is a stable company. It is an easy job to do, with little feedback.
Cons
There is no career path, nor is there any managerialsupport when trying to develop a career plan. There are no bonuses, raises, holiday functions, celebrations, or other social functions as a CSR. In fact, there is no culture within the CSR postions. The social fabric is non-existent.
