The community at this facility was great. I was able to develop great rapport with the nurses and coworkers, as well as the residents.

They were often understaffed, and the pool CNAs were not as effective as the staff ones. I didn't feel that I was being compensated adequately for the physical and emotional demands of the job, so I ultimately left the facility.
