Pros
Northgate offers amazing benefits with a variety of medical insurance options. They also offer a retirement plan and several school tuition programs! Overall good place to work if you are a student or looking to obtain retail exp. Being here for over 5 years I've met so many amazing people and had the chance to work in many locations! The owners and management team are very humble people and truly care about your personal development. I would recommend this company to any friend or family member looking for a job. Northgate is a company with a positive future and one that I am proud of being a part of.
Cons
My only con for Northgate on my behalf is on regards to our holiday work days and PTO. Of course, I understand that holidays are of great importance for company sales but at the same time we should establish a well put format of scheduling to allow all associates to spend time with family on holidays. If not, there should be a time and half pay for all working associates or atleast a pto accrual bonus .
