      Reputable, professional, great place to start a career in construction sales or construction management. Most roofing companies are shady and don't support employees. This place trained me, taught me a trade, and is miles better than every roofing sales company ive worked for since.

      - good pay - work/life balance - great benefit package - great management

      Cons

      Like all salsa positions, there are the highs and lows but definitely more highs. Northpoint’s management is always there to support if needed.
