Exclusive and passive aggressive culture.No real support for staff.Rampant favoritism and no clear path of training.They veil the term"I'm not a babysitter" as an excuse for not lifting a finger to train it give any clear direction for success. Also,Unless you are in their inner circle or part of their church you will be treated as an outsider.I would have put in notice but I spoke up about issues I was having and they were quick to let me go ( thank God )
