Flexible work schedule and enough time with colleagues and boss to make schedule flexible.
Cons
The management team and executive team royally are not playing a solid role to reward individuals who perform well at their jobs. It's always this big boys club where the same people get rewarded because upper management likes the same people and they keep their bonuses all to themselves and patting each other on the back.
