Needs improvement - EVS Tech Northside Hospital Employee Review

Competitive pay, pension plan, friendly environment in hospital, well run, our CNO.

Staffing can be a challenge, but that's anywhere. The grids are appropriate though, it's just a matter of having the staff. That means alot. They WANT it to be well staffed.

-some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

-low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
