While there isn’t much detail here to respond to, I’m happy to outline some of our benefits. We assess them annually for benchmark to the market and they are competitive for our company stage and size. We offer multiple healthcare plans, including a zero employee premium high deductible plan for individual employees (no cost to employees). We offer a 401k at 6 months of tenure (including a company match), and we have competitive paid family leave from day 1 for our full-time employees. We also offer equity to all our full-time employees. Here are a few other benefits we offer: - Dental coverage ( 3 options including one zero premium policy for individual employees completely covered by Northspyre) - Vision plan - FSA - HSA - Access to One Medical, Teladoc, Talkspace and more - Commuter benefits - Short and long term disability insurance - Life insurance - Monthly fitness contribution to ClassPass - 3rd party equity advisory service for employees (paid for by Northspyre) It is important to understand when joining Northspyre however, that we are an early-stage company and have been extremely responsible with our spend as such. We don’t throw lavish parties or shower people with swag and gifts or the latest perks every month - we are more interested in working with people who are intrinsically motivated by the challenge of building a company that is a disruptor in the space and who recognize the growth opportunity that brings. Regarding your response to turnover in your specific team, my guess is that you were part of our business development associate program for recent college grads. We have high expectations across the board for what Northspyrians deliver and our sales team has high quotas and pressure to deliver for the company. And it’s ok if that environment isn’t for everyone. But we also have a number of people who have been tremendously successful in those roles and who have multiple years of tenure with us that started out in this entry level business development program.

Pros

- Great product with a ton of runway, and strong growth each year I've been here. - Solid work-life balance once you get up and running; once confidence is earned, it's a warm, trusting work environment with great benefits.

Cons

- Building the plane while we're flying it 100% of the time - Decision bottlenecks with a flat leadership team - Fire drills part of daily life (start-up)

Pros

- Leadership genuinely listens - both my manager and CEO have been receptive to feedback. - Strong mentorship from my direct manager, who carves out dedicated time to support my growth and check in on my workload - Hard work gets recognized - I received an unprompted raise due to work-ethic & performance recognition. - The role strikes a great balance between leveraging what I already know and being pushed to grow in new directions - The team is genuinely great to work with day to day - Exciting growth phase - moving into a dedicated office space has added a real sense of momentum and establishment

Cons

- The recruiting and onboarding process can be inconsistent and occasionally misleading - multiple new hires (including myself) have come in with incorrect expectations around office days and hours. - Be sure to clarify in-office expectations explicitly during the offer stage, as what's communicated in interviews doesn't always match the reality on the ground.
