I am a former employee. I was an analyst. I am over 40. A new person started a year after i did. This person was half my age. I was instructed to train this person on everything i did. This person was given a higher title than me even though we were responsible for the same things. I was being told for a year by mgt that i would get a promotion and never did. I had 20 years more experience than this person. After waiting for a promotion that never came, i left. Guess what, the person who replaced me was probably 10-15 years younger.

However, company credit card abuse is rampant and mothers have daughters as managers there approving overtime and this is allowed.
