Pros
Very ethical company, not focused on profit and maximizing billable hours, caseloads are manageable and locations are planned to minimize drive time, hourly pay gives more work life balance, opportunities for promotion and taking on projects, strong admin team allows bcbas to focus more on clinical work and less on scheduling/billing, company seeks out employee feedback and actually makes changes based on that feedback, continuing focus on inclusion and diversity, ongoing mentoring even for bcbas, lower BT turnover rate relative to other ABA companies
Cons
No work phone provided and supervisors end up having to give their personal phone numbers to clients or else rely on email, no paid CEUs for hourly supervisors even if they are billing more than 25 hours per week, medicaid clients are only seen in 2:1 staffing ratio regardless of their level of need
