NWA Is a good place to work. You get two weeks paid time off after one year and four weeks off after five years. There is a changing of culture here. Before it used to be old school and you had to wear a tie. Policy has since been eliminated. There is casual Friday's but should be casual everyday if you're not meeting with clients. There is a sweeping change in a management to get younger and it's showing. Great pay, good benefits, holidays paid.
