Pros
Can't tell, didn't get to experience the pros
Cons
Hired through temporary agency with 90 days probational time, if nwa extend contract another 90 days probational time, office close for holidays and that is without pay, if pension system is down, they send people home, and it's either without pay or you have to use your vacational time off! Micromanagement- using restroom besides your break, you have to ask for permission. You can't talk on IM with your peers, they micromanage everything you do online. From my experience- I have received amazing evaluation on 1 day, and literally the next day after working my whole shift, I have received call from temp agency, that nwa terminated my contract! No reason or explanation or any paperwork to sign. The only explanation I can think is, I had unpleasant phone call from provider, who was extremely upset with nwa, he sent needed paperwork 3x, we have not received or updated in the system, provider drove to office downtown Seattle 4 hours, to give paperwork to nwa, still no documented, provider was so upset, he wanted to terminate patient, because nwa doesn't do their job, he stated it was constant issue...provider was frustrated, I did my job, was polite, understanding, apologizing, he thanked me and apologize to me for yelling at me. I then approached my manager about this provider in instant message, she didn't responded to me, and that was hour before my shift ended. Next you know you don't have job! So if approaching your manager about outgoing issue cost you job, then I am better off. They tell you , you will make 20$ in year, but most likely you won't even get there. They hired temp agency, because they loose people constantly!
