Pros
• Solid entry level pay/salary • Great benefits with tuition repayment and holiday bonuses on top of the Employer matched 401k • Location: not right in downtown, easy to commute from nearby cities • NWA is transitioning into a more flexible, less stuffy company. They are a traditionally conservative company, making strides to maintain competition and increase employee satisfaction. It takes time, but it is there • I’m challeneged in my work projects, each one is different and requires critical thinking, which is better than a monotonous job.
Cons
• Workspace: if the Audit department is fully staffed some are given a space between cubicles, instead of their own space. The cubicles just need a reorganization for the space. (There have been improvements in this area, but could still be better). • Would be preferred to have Company Cards for travel expenses, reimbursement is nice and works great, just would prefer to not be required to front the money myself.
